Online Payments
Our preferred method of payment for most activities in school is WisePay which provides a safe and secure way for parents to make online payments and removes the need for pupils to bring cash into school.
WisePay is an easy way to manage payments for your child, whether for food and drinks, music tuition, trips and visits, tickets for school productions and many other activities or other items. Some items will require a pre-set amount to pay, for example tickets or revision books; others you may be able pay by instalments, which you can specify, for example payment for some of our Enrichment Week activities.
Parents of new Year 7 pupils will receive login details in late August and In Year Admissions will receive details with their welcome information. Using WisePay you can use your debit or credit card to top up your child’s smart card for use in our food outlets before they have even started school. Pupils are issued with a smart card on their first day at school and this can be used in our Canteen or Atrium to purchase food and drinks. When logged on to WisePay you can easily check the balance on the smart card and you can see what your child is buying in school.
You can access WisePay via the basket icon at the top right of our website. There is also a Wisepay app which enables you to make payments via your mobile device should you so choose. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. The Organisation Code you will need is 36158883.
