Friends of Deer Park
The Friends of Cirencester Deer Park School are a friendly group of parents who support the school by raising money for enriching initiatives and projects that will benefit pupils and enhance their learning.
Throughout the school year, we hold fundraising events, such as cookery workshops and a quiz night, and raise money by organising second hand uniform sales and selling refreshments at sports events, school productions and parents’ evenings.
We have recently funded:
- 2 replacement MacBook Airs for Expressive Arts
- A monthly online e-safety newsletter for parents
- A variety of instructors for taster sessions during National School Sports Week
- A new water cooler in the Atrium
- A trip to Oxford University
- 3 new sewing machines for Textiles.
Our latest fundraising drive is an exciting new project to improve the school’s outdoor spaces.
We are always pleased to welcome new parents to our meetings to share ideas and help organise events, and are keen to hear from any parents who are able to volunteer at any of our fundraising events.

If you have any good quality and clean Deer Park school uniform, including PE kit, that you are happy to donate, please do bag it up, clearly marked FAO Friends of Deer Park, and ask your child to drop it at Reception. Many thanks.

School Lottery
As an additional fundraising initiative, The Friends of Deer Park have set up a School Lottery account in support of Deer Park.
Tickets cost from £1 and 40p from every £1 ticket sold will come to the Friends and be put toward initiatives that support the education and wellbeing of our pupils.
Visit Your School Lottery to find out more about purchasing tickets and their monthly draws. You could be in with the chance to win the £25,000 jackpot, the monthly prize or a (30%) proportion of Deer Park tickets sold.
