Youth Market 2020
Come along and support young entrepreneurs
On Wednesday 18 March 2020, Deer Park pupils will be taking part in the annual Youth Market which takes place in the Market Place, Cirencester, 10.30am to 2.30pm.
For the 4th consecutive year pupils from Cirencester Deer Park School will be taking part in the Cirencester Youth Market and will this year have four stalls.
There will be homemade fudge made by a group of Year 10 GCSE Business pupils, plants grown by our Year 10 Horticulture pupils, information about our Year 10 Ghana 2020 Volunteer Trip and more! In addition, we hope that some of our Expressive Arts pupils will be entertaining visitors to the market at lunchtime.
In previous years, our pupils have really enjoyed this opportunity to interact with members of the public, learning life skills and building their confidence.
The Youth Market is organised by Cirencester Town Council and the E4 Group (Cirencester Deer Park and Kingshill Schools, Cirencester College and the Royal Agricultural University) and is aimed at under 30s, to encourage and promote young local enterprise.
