Youth Market Preview
Come on down to the Youth Market
On Wednesday 20 March 2019, the Cirencester Youth Market will be returning to the centre of Cirencester, with young people from our local schools, colleges and university selling their wares in the Market Place, 10.30am to 2.30pm. Deer Park pupils be staffing two stalls, selling pupil-made upcycled products, delicious cake and answering questions about the upcoming Year 10 Ghana 2019 Volunteering Trip. Do come along and support our young budding entrepreneurs.
Miss Brace, Assistant Head: "I am really looking forward to the Cirencester Youth Market 2019. It provides excellent opportunities for our pupils to learn and practice some key transferable skills, such as customer service and organisation."
The Deer Park Expressive Arts Faculty will be bringing a selection of bands and solo artists to perform in the Market Place at lunchtime to entertain the shoppers who will hopefully be buying lots of items from the various stalls. The programme will be a mix of modern pop songs and some classic rock and roll. Do come along to see us!
