In tutor time from Monday to Thursday during this last week of term, week ending 31 March 2023, our Expressive Arts Faculty released one clue each day to help our pupils and staff try to work out what the next whole school musical will be. After much guessing and conjecture, the big reveal took place on the last day of term; our next whole school musical will be... High School Musical!

Much deliberation by the Expressive Arts team goes into the choice of whole school musicals and they are relieved to finally be able to share their secret! "We are extremely excited by the prospects and opportunities offered by this particular show. We truly believe that the range and breadth of roles and responsibilities available will provide our pupils with the opportunity for a variety of important contributions."

We are not hanging about. Workshops and auditions will commence and conclude between the return to school after the Easter break and the May half term. We encourage all pupils who have any interest in getting involved to look out for dates and details after the Easter holiday, and to throw themselves into this exciting production with gusto! After all, we're all in this together...

High School Musical will be on stage at Cirencester Deer Park School in February 2024!
