Our IT Department are doing lots of updates over the Summer 2017, including to a new version of Office 365. This means that pupils and staff cannot log on to O365 using their school logins until September; there will be no access to OneDrive and Office products until then. Note that there will also be interruptions to email during the Summer.
Cirencester Deer Park School is now able to offer free copies of the latest Microsoft Office software to all our pupils for their home/personal use. On their home computer or device, pupils need to go to the Microsoft Office 365 home page and sign in with their school email address (email@example.com) and school password. They will be able to download the latest versions of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office programmes on up to five different devices including PCs and Macs, plus five additional installations on tablets and phones, including iPads and iPhones.
The licence to use the software is valid for the time that the child is a pupil at Cirencester Deer Park School. After leaving our school, the license will end and pupils will no longer be able to use the software. However, you will be able to purchase new software at that time from Microsoft.
If your child has an issue logging on to Office 365, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue.
