ParentPay Launch

We’re pleased to announce that we will shortly be accepting online payments, initially for canteen Smart Card top-ups, but eventually for school trips and music tuition. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card. ParentPay is easy to use and will offer you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is the highest internet security available and that funds will reach school safely.

ParentPay provides parents with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password. Making a payment using your credit or debit card is straightforward and ParentPay holds an electronic record of all payments for you to view at a later date. When you make a payment, an e-mail confirmation is sent to you, giving you reassurance that the transaction has been successful. It also reduces the need for pupils to bring cash and cheques into school. Parents with more than one child at school will be able to make payments for any child from a single account.

We are rolling out ParentPay to all parents over the next few weeks so look out for your activation letter which provides your unique initial Username and Password (which as soon as you have activated your account you can change to something more memorable) and you can use your account immediately it is activated. You can find out more about ParentPay by visiting their website at www.parentpay.com

By using ParentPay not only will you be sure that your payment has reached your child’s canteen account securely but you will also be helping the school reduce the amount of cash and cheque handling which helps keep our costs down.
