Leavers' Ball

With the busy exams season nearly over, our Y11 Leavers are busy preparing for the Leavers’ Ball on Friday July 2nd.
The glitz and glamour begins with arrivals from 7pm. This years leavers’ are looking to surpass the excellence of previous years with pupils already vying to outclass each other with the coolest, sleekest and funkiest modes of transport. With stunning outfits already purchased, everyone is looking forward to letting their hair down and celebrating in style after the intense work of the past few terms.
As ever, the theme of the evening remains ‘top secret’ until the night, but months of dedication from the Ball Committee combined with the creativity of both pupils and staff are bound to ensure the night is one to remember and that Year 11 are given the very best send off possible as they say their final farewells.
Parents are reminded that arrivals this year take place via the rear entrance to the school in an effort to relieve traffic congestion. They are welcome to stay and watch the spectacle unfold as the pupils sweep their way down the red carpet.
We wish Y11 all the very best and look forward to congratulating them on Results Day (24th August).
